Is shipping to be included in all pricing, or is it a separate line item per order? This will help us to clarify some numbers. We see it is delineated on Line Item # 57. Answer 1. Shipping should be included with each line item and disregard line item 57. Line Item 57 is there because some companies can't add freight to a line item and they are estiamating shipping for the base and option years. Question 2. Could we please turn the bid in by 2 pm, Arizona time, Monday, March 23, as we are short staffed here due to the virus, as I am sure your offices are as well. Answer 2. We will create an amendment to change the due date from 03/19/2020 to 03/23/2020. 3. All other solicitaion terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.
