This notice is intended strictly for Market Research to determine the availability and technical capability of qualified vendors of fulfilling the requirements for the required services as set forth in the attached Statement of Work; The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement; The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential, qualified sources and their size classifications/socioeconomic status, preferably Small Business Indian Economic Firms and/or Small Business Firms in addition to Large Business Firms); . This is a request for information only. Again, this is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations; Service required is a Service & Maintenance Agreement for various General Electric Anesthesia Systems at multiple health care facilities throughout the Great Plains Area as depicted in the Statement of Work; Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The federal government will not assume any financial responsibility for any costs incurred in responding to this notice; The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and Classification Code are: NAICS: 811219 – Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance Classification Code J065 – Maintenance, Repair & Rebuilding of Equipment Based on the Responses to this Sources Sought Notice/Market Research, the information will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions to determine if this requirement may be set aside under 25 U.S.C.§ 47, Buy-Indian Act, Small Business or if it will be procured through Full and Open Competition.
