The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is requesting quotes in accordance with requirements of Request for Quotation (RFQ-10-21-01-MJH), to acquire Electronic Message Center for the Fort Peck Service Units, Chief Redstone Clinic, Wolf Point, Montana and/or Verne E. Gibbs Health Center, Poplar, Montana. The procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; and FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Service Contract. The anticipated contract type will be firm fixed-price. The source selection process will be lowest price technically acceptable.
