The Billings Area Indian Health Service in Billings, Montana is issuing a solicitation to acquire construction services in accordance with the attached technical specifications associated with Request for Quote (RFQ) 10-21-003-PYO. The intent of this RFQ is to replace the Emergency Room Exit Doors at the Crow Service Unit, with performance occurring on the Crow Indian Reservation, Montana. The procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 36, Construction and Architect—Engineer Contracts. Remove and replace a set of Emergency Room Exit Doors. This will include new doors, frame, hardware, closers, and accessories. The work includes but is not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting, and electrical. See attached Statement of Work for details.
