This procurement is conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Service Contracts. The Government shall issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote, conforming to the RFQ, and represents the Best Value offer. This requirement is unrestricted.
