This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is conducted in accordance with pursuant to the authority of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and FAR 37.101 - Nonpersonal Services Contract. The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery – Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Commercial Item contract in response to Request for Quotation (RFQ) 08-31-2021-LD. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The associated North American Industry Classification System code is 621512 and the small business size standard is $15.0 million. Quotations should be prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items (JAN 2017).
