The amendment establishes a benchmark of patients to be seen per clinic, with new operating hours of 9am-1pm for a 4-hour clinic. ***ORIGINAL POST*** This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and FAR 37.101 - Nonpersonal Services Contracts. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2021-02.
