The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding qualified business sources. The responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. This Special Notice RFQ(SN)-CSU-22-017-JJP is a Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS). The Government is interested in all potential sources including Small Businesses, Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Businesses & Women-Owned Small Businesses. Requirement: Background: The mission of the Indian Health Services is to provide Dell Computer Dual Monitors for the Crow Service Unit. Purpose and Objectives: The purpose of this sources sought is to help determine the interest level amongst businesses that provide the Dell Computer Dual Monitors. Project Requirements: (1) Provide Dell Computer Dual Monitors Potential sources shall be capable of providing Dell Computer Dual Monitors in accordance with industry standards for such services/supplies. If your organization has the potential capacity to provide these contract supplies, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability Disclaimer and Important Notes: This sources sought does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information received in response to this notice.
