The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding qualified business sources. The responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. This Special Notice RFQ(SN)-CSU-22-016-JJP is a Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of Market Research being conducted by the Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS). The Government is interested in all potential sources including Small Businesses, Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, HUBZone Small Businesses & Women-Owned Small Businesses. Requirement: Background: The mission of the Indian Health Services is to provide Security Surveillance Digital Camera Monitoring System including installation services for the Crow Service, Crow Agency, MT, including the Hospital and two satellite clinics. Purpose and Objectives: The purpose of this sources sought is to help determine the interest level amongst businesses that provide the Surveillance Digital Camera Monitoring System. Project Requirements: (1) Assess Camera Locations (2) Provide Camera Equipment within IHS OIT Regulations (3) Provide Installation Services (4) Provide End User Training (5) Quality Control to ensure equipment functionality (6) Provide Maintenance Services Potential sources shall be capable of providing Surveillance Digital Camera Monitoring System in accordance with industry standards for such services/supplies. .
