Contractor will facilitate management, access, security and use of data for SEED investigators and collaborators in order to provide adequately cleaned and documented datasets to the CDC through activities associated with a Data Coordination Center (DCC). This is the continuation of services provided in reference to CDC contract 200-2016-89831. Consequently, it is believed that Michigan State University is the sole source having the capabilities which will meet the above mentioned requirements of the CDC. It is the intent of the CDC to award a contract to Michigan State University if this is found to be true.
