The Administration for Native Americans (ANA), a program office within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is responsible for providing federal financial assistance, training and technical assistance (T/TA), and formulating policy that promotes the economic and social self-sufficiency, self-determination, and well-being of Native American families, children, individuals, and communities. ANA serves all Native Americans, to include American Indians, Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and peoples of American Samoa, Guam, and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. ANA consists of a single office, located in Washington, DC. The purpose of this contract is to develop, provide, enhance, and sustain quality T/TA to prospective ANA applicants, and ANA grantees as well as provide technical support to the ANA organization. Such T/TA shall be designed to strengthen and expand the capacity of American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, and other Pacific Islander communities to thrive.
