Amendment # 2 to Post an additional question and answer. Amendment # 1 to Post Questions and Answers and revised Pricing schedule. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as Request for Proposals, RFP. RFP # 75N98021R00001. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under NAICS code 541213 with a standard business size of $22.0 Million dollars. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07, effective September 10, 2021. The National Institutes of Health intends to make a single award for Tax Preparation for nonresident income tax and tax treaty advice. Question/clarification submittal(s) can be emailed to stevenst@od.nih.gov. No question/clarification submittal(s) will be taken after December 3, 2021 at 11:30 AM eastern time.
