This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed contract action is to provide non-personal professional EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT AND PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIANS SERVICES FOR THE WHITERIVER SERVICE UNIT (WRSU) LOCATED IN WHITERIVER, ARIZONA in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance – Estimated base period of 16 September 2025 thru 15 September 2026. Place of Performance: Whiteriver PHS Service Unit P.O. Box 860 400 W.
