The proposed contract action is to provide non-personal professional NURSE TRIAGE SERVICES (Nurse Telephone Advice Line) at the PHOENIX INDIAN MEDICAL CENTER LOCATED IN PHOENIX, ARIZONA in accordance with the Statement of Work dated 12 February 2025. Period of Performance – Estimated base period of 24 March 2025 thru 23 March 2026.
