No further questions will be accepted. The deadline for proposals remains the same, 1/18/24 at 10am EST. The National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Logistics and Acquisition Operations (OLAO), through this procurement intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for acquiring a wide range of services for the NIH, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Operating Divisions (OPDIVS). The Contractor shall provide all the necessary services, qualified personnel, facilities, and financial capability needed to perform the services required in this Statement of Work (SOW). Through this procurement the Public Information and Communication Services III (PICS III) contract vehicle offers Institutes and Centers at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) communications and outreach; graphic design; web database; materials development; distribution and exhibit support.
