The purpose of this effort is to obtain contractor services to create a trauma-informed workforce development partnership with ORR that is culturally, developmentally, and organizationally responsive. This partnership would take steps towards the goal of assisting ORR’s UAC Program in becoming a trauma-informed organization by improving trauma-informed knowledge, skills, and competency of the ORR UAC Program workforce.
