The purpose of thisrequirement is to secure a Contractor to provide FM services at an emergency shelter site(s). FM services are defined as interior and exterior services to support ongoing facilities management operations and maintenance of the emergency shelter site(s). Such services include ground maintenance and facility preparation services, such as fencing for the property, painting and minor repairs, industrial cleaning, addressing non-American Disability Act (ADA) compliance factors, and other preparations needed to accommodate the sheltering of children at ORR shelter sites. Additional services include security services, unarmed security guards and associated equipment, such as closed-circuit television networks, IT and communication devices, as directed by the Government/ORR. The Contractor shall also provide food and meal preparation services as well as laundry services for the unaccompanied children at the emergency shelter site(s). The Contractor shall furnish all the necessary personnel/staffing, materials, services, and equipment.
