The government is seeking a technical response up to 10-pages addressing the capability of completing the 6 tasks found in the attachment. You may also include up to 2 additional pages of questions or issues you would like the government to consider. Please also provide your business size, discuss your current human resources and potential ability to ramp up in the short term, and address your experience in running a widespread national program and potentially at times international program. Responses are due on July 28th via email to: JJi@hrsa.gov If a potential contractor is unable to perform all 6 tasks, but either could provide some tasks as a prime and subcontract other tasks out to another company or would be willing to potentially work with multiple awardees each performing their own task, please provide which task numbers and an interest level and assurance that you will be a good partner. The government is contemplating a one year base period of performance and two one-year options for a potential total of up to three years.
