The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621112 Offices of Physicians, Mental Health Specialists with a small business size standard of $13.5M and 621330, Office of Mental Health Practitioners (except Physicians) with a small business size standard of $9.0M. The Request for Proposals using the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.201-2 in conjunction with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures will be issued on or by October 15, 2025.
