Period of performance starting February 15, 2024 through July 31, 2024 with an option to extend for one (1) six-month period. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621210 with a small business size standard of $9.0 million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71024Q00018 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by January 24, 2024. Evaluation factors may include experience, license to practice dentistry, board certified/eligible, motor vehicle operator’s license, certifications, and price. Quotes will be due on or by January 31, 2024. The acquisition is unrestricted.
