The purpose of this requirement is to provide Office of Human Resources (OHR) ServiceNow Platform Continuous Improvement and Application Maintenance Support for CLIN 3 (Task 5) - Operations and Maintenance. The operation and maintenance services required under this contract modification include providing uninterrupted and continuous support to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) ServiceNow platform. The use of ServiceNow provides direct support for HHS employees and OHR through multiple applications and Human Resources (HR) Exchange, which has enhanced and increased the capabilities of federal staff to support the dynamic changing missions of HHS. ServiceNow has been used to replace legacy applications and support. This acquisition is for modification of the existing GSA Order#, GS-35F-0095W/75P00119F80010. The contract ceiling will be increased by approximately $1.2 Mil. The period of performance will be 12 months. This award will be in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(A), An urgent and compelling need exists. Please refer to attached justification.
