This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to obtain a knowledge and information on potential vendor interest for project planning purposes. Refer to attached Sources Sought for more information. Information Submission Instructions Interested companies should submit a response that provides feedback, if any, that addresses all of the information listed under “Project Requirements”. Capability statements and responses shall be submitted via email to Saundra.Kpadeh@psc.hhs.gov no later than 9:00am EST on August 21, 2023. The subject line for the email heading shall be “Program Support Center (PSC) Organizational Assessment Program Services – PSC315317”. Please provide succinct detail and depth to enable Government review and assessment. Please limit responses to ten (10) pages (8 ½ x 11, single-spaced, Times New Roman, 12-point font, ¾ inch margins). Please add a cover letter to your response with the following information: Sources Sought Number; Company’s Name; Company’s Unique Entity ID (UEI) number; Company’s Point of Contact (POC), email address, mailing address, telephone number and website address; Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) such as General Services Administration (GSA) NITAAC, SEWP and other available procurement vehicles your company maintains that could meet this requirement. Business Size relative to NAICS code 541611 – Administrative Management and General Consulting Services (size standard $24.5 Million) Business Size and Size Standard / Classification as validated via System for Award Management (SAM). All respondents must be registered on SAM located at www.sam.gov. Number of years in business; affiliated contractor agreement information: parent company, joint venture partners, and potential teaming agreements. Please identify your size classification relative to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this Sources Sought. Include the socioeconomic status; HUBZone small business; service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses; 8(a) small business; women-owned small business; or small disadvantaged business in order to assist the government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible.
