The purpose of this acquisition is to provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services. These services help employees better manage their work and personal responsibilities and reach higher levels of personal achievement and satisfaction, both on and off the job. Services shall be accessible through a Federal Occupational Health (FOH) toll-free telephone number and will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. These services are to be awarded as a new General Services Administration (GSA) order to Armed Forces Services Corporation DBA Magellan Federal, as a follow-on requirement to the existing contract # HHSP233201400013C awarded to Magellan Healthcare.
