The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the proposed contract action under solicitation number: 75P00120R00111 for the Dept. of Health and Human Services (HHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Federal Occupational Health (FOH) Wellness and Fitness Staffing and Fitness Center Management. The work to be performed under this requirement is to obtain the services of a Contractor to to provide wellness and fitness staffing support for approximately twenty-eight (28) FOH-Managed Wellness/Fitness Centers and/or Wellness Programs; and to provide total Contractor-Managed Wellness/Fitness to approximately seven (7) Wellness/Fitness Centers. The work will be performed at designated Service Provision Sites (SPS) where FOH services are rendered. The number of Wellness/Fitness Centers and Programs may change depending on FOH’s customers’ needs. Many of these sites provide specific programs and services that enable FOH to fulfill its Interagency Agency Agreements (IAA)’s with other Federal Agencies in the United States of America, its territories and trusts. The quality of services provided by the contractor and its staff shall adhere to currently recognized national standards established by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), and other nationally recognized organizations, established principles and ethics of the related professions; and the standards of care in the state or locality where the services are provided. This requirement is a commercial service and will utilize FAR Part 12, as supplemented. The anticipated award will be a single-award IDIQ contract. Duration of Contract Period: The contract is anticipated to be a five (5) year award; 12-month base and four (4) 12-month option periods.
