The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the proposed contract action under solicitation number: 75P00125R00003 for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Federal Occupational Health (FOH) Web-Based Respirator Questionnaire Tool. The Government intends to release the solicitation in 2nd Quarter Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). The purpose of this requirement is to secure continuing services for a nationwide Contractor-Owned/Contractor-Operated (COCO), web-based respirator medical questionnaire and evaluation clearance program tool to support Federal Occupational Health (FOH), a component within the Program Support Center (PSC) under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This tool is intended to support the mission of FOH. FOH provides integrated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) services throughout the Federal Government. The work performed under this contract requires the Contractor to maintain and operate a web-based respirator medical questionnaire and evaluation clearance tool that is capable of determining if employees are certified to utilize various respirators in the workplace. This requirement is a commercial service and will utilize FAR Part 12/15, as supplemented. The Government intends to issue a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for a period not to exceed five (5) years. Place of Performance: The work is to be performed at the Contractor’s facility or as specified in individual task orders.
