The purpose of this requirement is to secure a short-term solution for continuing services for professional occupational health professionals to support Federal Occupation Health (FOH), a component within the Program Support Center (PSC) under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The Contractor is required to provide fully trained and qualified staff of occupational health providers. All staff are required to have direct, verifiable experiences in occupational health, public health, or primary adult ambulatory care services, as well as up-to-date state certifications to practice in their respective professional fields. This acquistion is for modification of the existing contract, HHSP233201100041G. The contract ceiling will be increased by $13Mil. The period of performance will consist of a 7-month ordering period including a one month period, two 3-month option periods, and three 1-month option periods. This award will be in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
