The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Acquisitions Management Services (AMS), Program Support Center (PSC) intends to negotiate a sole source award to Millennium Health & Fitness, Inc. for wellness and fitness (WF) staffing services. The WF staffing services is to provide support to Federal Occupational Health (FOH) for approximately twenty-seven (27) FOH-Managed WF Centers and Programs and to provide total Contractor-Managed fitness center services at approximately six (6) Wellness/Fitness Centers. Services may be provided at other locations in the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside of Continental United States (OCONUS) upon request. It is essential that these services are uninterrupted with no break in service or delays in order to meet its mission to provide federal occupational health services and support to thousands of federal employees across the nation. The Government is working on a competitive solicitation, posted in beta.SAM.gov as RFP # 75P00120R00111, to award a new contract for these services. This extension is to provide the services to bridge the gap between the award of the new contract. Millennium is the only Contractor that can provide the interim services. This acquisition is for the modification of the existing Millennium Task Order number HHSP233201300013I_HHSP23337018T. The contract ceiling amount will be increased by approximately $1.275 million. The period of performance will be extended by five (5) months including a base of two (2) month period, and three (3) one-month option periods. This award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive orders. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement within two (2) calendar days after the publication, which shall be considered by the agency. Responses received after the response date or without the required information may not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete as a result of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The projected award date is March 2021.
