The purpose of this National Institutes of Health (NIH) Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) Order is to provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support for the Acquisition Reporting System (ARS). The systems are available during core business hours, with the exception of approved downtimes for maintenance or other extenuating circumstances as approved by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or COR’s proxy. All O&M activities should follow a Development and Operations (DevOps) methodology, troubleshooting issues, development and testing new features and functionality, and deploying frequently. This acquistion is for modification of the existing contract, 75P00122F80140/HHSN316201200031W. The contract ceiling will be increased by 2.4M. The period of performance will consist of a twelve (12) month period including a five (5) month base period and a seven (7) month option period. This award will be accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Please refer to attached justification.
