The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the proposed contract action under solicitation number: 75P00120R00155 for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Federal Occupational Health (FOH) Environmental Health and Safety Services (EHSS) Support. The work to be performed under this requirement is to obtain the services of a Contractor to provide occupational safety and environmental health services to Federal agencies throughout the United States and United States Territories, with qualified industrial hygiene, safety, and environmental specialists as required. Services will enable the FOH Division of Environmental Health and Safety Services (EHSS) to provide consultative assistance to other Federal agencies. The contractor shall consult, plan, implement, evaluate, and certify environmental health/industrial hygiene services for Federal managers and employees. The Contractor is required to provide professional and technical expertise in several environmental health and safety disciplines. Services may involve coordinating with a multidisciplinary team of FOH in-house providers and performers from other contractors. Work must be accomplished in accordance with FOH policies and procedures, and must be of high quality and consistency throughout the United States and United States Territories.
