Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research, not an active solicitation, to plan for future clinical staffing needs in the Federal Occupational Health (FOH) Clinical East Region. The requirement is for a contractor to provide physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses as Personal Service Contractors to deliver occupational health services at FOH Service Provision Sites in the Clinical East Region. The anticipated period of performance is five years, starting in the fourth quarter of Fiscal Year 2026. Interested companies must submit a capability statement, including details of similar past projects and responses to specific RFI questions, via email by 10:00 AM EST on February 23, 2026. Questions regarding this notice must be submitted by email by 10:00 AM EST on January 30, 2026.
