The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notification of the proposed contract action under solicitation number: 75P00125R00012 for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Program Support Center (PSC), Federal Occupational Health (FOH) Clinical East Staffing Services. The Government intends to release the solicitation in 2nd Quarter Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 on General Services Administration (GSA). The purpose of this requirement is to secure continuing services for occupational health professionals to support Federal Occupational Health (FOH), a component within the Program Support Center (PSC) under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). FOH defines Occupational Health Services (OHS) as the seamless coordination of comprehensive services using a data-driven approach to assist agencies in achieving a culture of health and high performance. FOH services are designed to improve health outcomes and employee productivity, while reducing occupational health risks, absenteeism, and overall employee health care costs. This requirement is a commercial service and will utilize FAR Part 12/15, as supplemented. The Government intends to issue a single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for a period not to exceed five (5) years.
