This is a Request for Information (RFI) to gauge vendor interest and capability for providing nationwide professional occupational health services. The services will be performed across all 50 U.S. states, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands through a Private Provider Network divided into four regions. The program will support the Federal Occupational Health agency under HHS by delivering integrated Occupational Health and Safety services throughout the federal government.
