This contract provides Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services to help employees better manage their work, personal responsibilities, and reach higher levels of personal achievement and satisfaction, both on and off the job. These services are accessible through a Federal Occupational Health (FOH) toll-free telephone number and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. The program includes access to a national affiliate counselor network, 24-hour service center, and web-based resources. The contractor provides a staff of professionals including EAP consultants, staff to support FOH’s staff care program, and psychological testing and evaluation professionals.
