The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) made an award to Spectrum Healthcare Resources for professional medical staffing, occupational health professionals and ancillary staff to support Program Support Center (PSC) - Federal Occupational Health (FOH) in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. The Contractor shall provide a fully trained and qualified staff of occupational health providers to deliver the complete suite of integrated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) services offered by FOH. All staff is required to have direct, verifiable experiences in occupational health, public health, or primary adult ambulatory care services, as well as all up-to-date certifications to practice in their respective professional fields. This acquisition was for a modification of the existing contract, HHSP233201100041G. The contract ceiling will be increased by approximately $10.4 mil. The period of performance will consist of a 6-month ordering period including a three month period and three (3) 1-month option periods. This award was made in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
