The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) made a sole source award to InGeneisis, Inc for Nationwide Occupational Health (OH) Operational Support Services to support Program Support Center (PSC), Federal Occupational Health (FOH). The OH operational Support Services includes: Occupational Health Account Development, Administration, Fiscal, Consultation Services; Logistics and Support Services; and Direct Service Delivery. Work will be performed by over 300 staff at designated FOH Area Offices (AO), customer officers and/or designated Service Provision Sites (SPS) in 27 cities, including sites that provide direct care to enable FOH to fulfill its interagency agreements with other Federal agencies in the U.S., its territories and trusts. The Contractor shall be responsible for recruitment, orientation, training, and oversight of all OH professional and administrative personnel. This acquisition is for modification of the existing contract, HHSP233201100079A. The contract ceiling will be increased by approximately $4.1mil. The period of performance was extended by two months. This award was made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2, Unusual and compelling urgency, 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(2).
