Background The Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals (OMHA), under direct delegation from the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services, administers hearings for the Medicare program. The OMHA Seattle Field Office Senior management needs monthly parking in order to efficiently administer this Medicare program. II. Scope OMHA requires 5 monthly parking passes. The parking garage must have 24 hours per day, 7 days per week availability or at a minimum after-hours access. The parking garage must have a secure and monitored entry and exit point by key or access card. The parking garage must be within 0.20 miles of 700 Stewart Street, Seattle WA 98101. The parking spaces can be indoor or outdoor, non-reserved spaces, and can be covered or non-covered spaces. III. Evaluation Criteria Evaluation will be performed in the following order based on level of importance. Distance to the office is the most important criteria. Parking garage must have a secure and monitored entry and exit point by key or access card. 100% availability of all 5 parking spaces at the start of the period of performance.
