The Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a non-competitive purchase order to ATS Inland NW 2024 3rd Avenue North Billings, Montana 59101 for Annual Preventive Maintenance Services on the Alerton Building Control System at the Northern Cheyenne Service Unit, Lame Deer, Montana. The Alerton Building Control System is a proprietary direct digital control system that controls the HVAC mechanical systems within the healthcare facility. ATS Inland NW is the local distributor and a Manufacturer authorized company to service the system. The procurement will be conducted pursuant to the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements; and FAR 37.101, Non-Personal Services Contract. The IHS anticipates the award of a fixed-price purchase order for the period of April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the service are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 15 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any Information received will be used for market research purposes for future considerations.
