Establish a Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement for Blood Bank Products, reagents for the Pine Ridge I H S Hospital, Pine Ridge, South Dakota. This is a supply buy to provide blood bank reagents for the Laboratory at the Pine Ridge I H S Hospital. The period of performance for this will be a base period (November 1, 2020 thru Oct 31, 2021) , and four option years (November 2, 2021 through October 31, 2025). FAR 52.217-9 "Option to Extend the Term of the Contract" will be included in the contract. The estimated total contract value to include the four 12 month option periods is $117, 479.17. Any interruption of service would prevent this hospital's support of patient care and would interfere with the safe provision to determine blood type and compatibility for transfusion services.
