No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Your response to this announcement will be treated as information only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submission of responses to this announcement or the Government us of such information. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement. The intended contract period will be for June 05, 2024 through June 4, 2025 with Two (2) one(1) year options. Purpose and Objectives: The Pine Ridge Laboratory permanent staff provide up to a certain level of expertise for blood bank services. This service supports those duties by providing the blood component supply by offering higher level testing services that are unavailable at the local level. The primary purpose of this contract is to provide Blood Units and Blood Components along with they provide a higher level testing services for specialized blood banking. The intent of this Sources Sought notice is to identify potential offerors capable of Response: Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should be able to demonstrate the firm’s ability, capability, and responsibility to deliver the services listed above. Responses should include the following information: Business name, address, business size, Socioeconomic Category (HUBZONE, 8a), Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business, Small Business, Large Business, etc.), UEI number, and point of contact to include e-mail address and telephone number. All offerors must be registered in the (www.sam.gov), and Representations and Certifications must be completed prior to any future awards. Any offeror capable of providing this service shall notify the Contract Specialist by e-mail by March 21, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. MST. The NAICS Code is 621511- Medical Laboratories. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
