Purpose: The Indian Health Service (IHS) requests input from experts in the Water Well Drilling industry. Refer to the attached statement of work (SOW). This project is to drill two 12-inch water wells for community drinking water on the Makah Reservation. The intent is to post the solicitation by the end of June 2022. Place of Performance: Clallam county, WA. The proposed wells locations are below.
