IHS plans to award a sole-source commercial purchase order to AllTerra Central for renewal of Trimble Access Software Maintenance and four 5-year CenterPoint RTX subscriptions supporting Government-owned surveying equipment for the Office of Environmental Health and Engineering (OEHE) Eastern Arizona District Office. The five-year period of performance begins upon award. The Government restricted competition after market research identified AllTerra Central as Trimble's only authorized dealer for these products in Arizona. Other responsible sources may respond if they can demonstrate authorization from Trimble to resell in Arizona and capability to provide the required maintenance and subscription support. The services are performed in support of OEHE Eastern Arizona District Office.
