The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office (PAO) Department of Acquisition (DAM), is procuring for a Contractor to provide equipment and technical services necessary to install the Ascom Telligence Nurse Call System and Real Time Locating Sharing hand hygiene/staff locate system at Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC). The Ascom (Brand Name or Equal) Nurse Call System (NCS) provides routine and emergency communication among patients, nurses, and other hospital staff using audio and visual notifications. The Ascom Telligence system is a communications management solution designed for monitoring and responding to calls and is made up of a network of staff and patient room devices. The Indian Health Service PAO intends to procure the Ascom Telligence Nurse Call system and Midmark Real-time Locating System (or equal)(RTLS) system and all hardware, cabling, and software necessary for optimum operation throughout the facility. The Contractor shall procure, install, and configure all new Ascom Telligence Nurse Call and RTLS equipment to operate inside Phoenix Indian Medical Center.
