This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside. BACKGROUND: The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Pinon Health Center is requesting for offers for a contractor to deliver temporary shelter 30’x52’ in strict accordance to the attached Specifications. . SHIPPING ADDRESS: Pinon Health Center 2175 State Road 4 Pinon, AZ, 86510 EVALUATION CRITERIA: This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award or multiple awards to the contractor(s) whose offer represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA); award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors.
