Laminar Flow Animal Cage Changing Stations
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) requires thirteen laminar flow animal cage changing stations—seven 48-inch and six 60-inch units—for rodent husbandry, on a brand-name-or-equal basis referencing Tecniplast ARIA CS48/CS60 models. Each unit must meet extensive salient characteristics, including ISO Class 3 laminar airflow with H14 HEPA filtration, barrier airflow, TFT touch controls, height-adjustable mobile stands, ergonomic features, and factory test/certification documentation. Delivery is FOB Destination to NIH Building 10A in Bethesda, MD, with the offeror quoting its own lead time; a 12–14 weeks after receipt of order lead time is referenced. The acquisition is full and open, with award based on lowest-priced technically acceptable (LPTA) quotation for the total of both line items, including freight. Offerors must submit pricing, product literature proving compliance, a quoted delivery lead time, and current SAM registration.
