The NIH requires a commercial, cloud-based Safety Data Sheet (SDS) and chemical management system to support hazard communication, chemical inventory, and regulatory compliance across up to 27 NIH Institutes/Centers with unlimited simultaneous users. The solution must provide comprehensive SDS library access, container-level inventory tracking, GHS-compliant labeling, regulatory reporting, mobile access, 24/7 emergency response and customer support, training, and implementation/migration services. Performance will be cloud-hosted and accessible to NIH users at 9000 Rockville Pike, Bethesda, Maryland, and other NIH locations. The anticipated award is a single firm-fixed-price contract with a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
