The National Library of Medicine (NLM) intends to award a sole-source contract for a maintenance agreement for its Microbox Cobra II A1 V-cradle scanners to ensure preservation-quality digitization. All maintenance services must be performed on-site at the NLM. The acquisition is for a commercial service with an estimated value not exceeding $7 million.
