This is a pre-solicitation notice of intent to award a sole-source contract to Interaxon Inc. for the purchase of 40 Muse S3 Athena headbands and related accessories, data services, and subscriptions. The requirement supports a clinical research study on sleep and emotional states, and the government has determined that only Interaxon Inc. can provide the proprietary equipment and maintenance.
