This is a Sources Sought notice for market research only, not a solicitation, to identify qualified vendors capable of providing automated, large-scale collection and management of public social media data from platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and X. The data will support research on food, nutrition, eating behaviors, hunger, and public sentiment for the Division of Population Health Research. Required capabilities include scalable extraction of millions of text, image, video, and metadata records; structured export (JSON, CSV); scheduling for longitudinal collection; data quality controls; API access for AI/NLP/ML workflows; and secure cloud-based infrastructure. The government is interested in information on Apify and other comparable commercial solutions. Interested parties are asked to provide company information, a capabilities statement, and rough order of magnitude pricing for 12 months of services.
