This is a pre-solicitation notice of intent to award a sole-source contract for single-cell RNA sequencing reagents compatible with the 10x Genomics Chromium platform. The reagents are required to support research into immune cell infiltration in Alzheimer's disease patients using human cerebrospinal fluid samples. Delivery is required within 30 days after contract award to the Biomedical Research Center in Baltimore, MD. The government has determined that only 10X Genomics is capable of meeting all requirements for this proprietary system. While this is a non-competitive notice, interested parties may submit a capability statement for consideration.
