Contractor shall provide ALL equipment, labor, and parts for scheduled and preventive maintenance and repair services on the electric powered equipment, batteries, and battery chargers in accordance with the attached statement of work. All responses will be evaluated using the following Evaluation Criteria: 1) Technical Understanding 2) Personnel Qualifications, 3) Management Approach and 4) Price (Base Year and each Option Year) Period of performance is for one base year and one option year.
